It has been a dream of mine to travel for as long as I can remember, me and Lori's first travel abroad was to europe, we flew into Dublin Ireland and traveled all the way downto Rome Italy. Along the way we meet allot of people and had the privilege to see things that most people will never see in their entire lifetime, no words can describe thefeeling you get by being in the Vatican or looking up at the ceiling in the Sistine Chapel or visiting with locals in Jamaica which is a very humbling experience, we asAmericans always sit back and see these poverty stricken countries and think to ourselves wow how could someone live like that but the funny thing is these people are thehappiest people I have ever meet, its true that we have all the benefits of living in a more civilized society (technology, dairy products stored in a cold area etc.) butsometimes it makes me wonder is it all worth it if we have to sacrifice the things that really matter like family, GOD, and just good honest fun like enjoying this beautifulcountry as God intended. Now Im not saying that im going to pack up and move to a poverty stricken country I just think that there is a middle ground and if we as the Americanfamily can find it we would feel much more fulfilled. Now I'm just going on too long, I hope that our stories and pictures inspire you to pack up and go travel somewhere that's out of your element.
