About Me

I'm pretty complicated. Once you get to know me you then have to peel off the layers. I'm loyal and friendly with a good sense of humor. I started playing golf five years ago and now I'm addicted.
I pump gas. Barry & I own a gas/service station and sell used cars too! Yes, I'm sure there are other women out there that do the same (you know, pump gas) but your hands get really smelly and you really have to scrub to get that odor out..
I love to wear either flip-flops or golf shoes only in the summertime. I hate when I spill gasoline on my freshly manicured toes!
Barry and I produce a weekly golf podcast called, "Golf for Beginners, because we're always learning!"
We take tough golf tips and simplify them for our listeners. I started writing about the LPGA in 2005 but expanded into podcasting because I'm a bit of a techno-geek (Bronx High School of Science grad). Now I write about the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, Michelle Wie, Tiger Woods...basically anything that suits my fancy! Barry is great coming up with intriguing headlines!

When it comes to the public, anyone with a really good sense of humor and a positive attitude! Golfers can always say 'hi' and chat about the sport. Also, anyone who smiles alot is welcome here!

As for celebrities...

Perhaps Phil Mickelson because he's a really good golfer and a bit of a gambler. He also does alot for the world, from Birdies for the Brave to his connection with Mobil/Exxon which sponsors a more studious approach to kids coming up in the school system.
