I lived in Long Beach, CA, for over 12 years and have just made the move to Corvallis. I moved out here from Alabama in 1995 after graduating from the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE!!!) I loved the weather in SoCal but the traffic was soul-crushing and maddening! Plus, some people's attitudes there really needed some serious adjustments. Really, does it demean anyone to just be nice for no reason once in a while? You let someone in on the crowded freeways and no one ever waved to thank you. You say hello to a stranger and he/she gave you a look as if you asked them to smell a turd in your hand! I guess I'm just a small town boy in the big city, but I think if more people would just live there for a while, then they'd definitely quit caring what Paris Hilton or some other self-absorbed soul-less shells of human beings we call celebrities are doing on an hourly basis. Anyway, I've been on here a few months and I haven't really maintained my page until now. A lot of my friends have pages and they're always asking me when I'm getting mine. So here it is guys.
