Breaking down barriers and stereo types, the New Breed movement is setting up to change the face of hip-hop. Not only changing how you view Hip-Hop/Rap, but also bringing new blood to an industry that has long gone stale with Most of the respectable emcees on hiatus, leaving the game with little or no talent having acts. Now with a new sound and movement behind it, they are representing what it is... A New Breed.
The New Breed movement was sparked in the Fox Lake Correctional Institution, summer of 2005. Founder KO, a west-coast emcee, who was serving a six year bid officially sparked the movement.
Eskae (KO's older brother), and Fat (New Breed in house producer an emcee and Heat Holders CEO) took the movement beyond the walls KO was behind. Now after serving his bid, KO and Eskae are about to take the movement to new heights. They are currently in the studio working on the follow up to The Seed mixtape (released prior to KO's homecoming). Birth of a New Breed mixtape, will be the first release from the New breed camp since KO's arrival.
New Breed is out to make a mark in the game. The movement is more than just music. It's the voice of a new breed of emcees..
..New Breed, more than music, It's a movement
