Lets see, about me...hmmm... Well my name is CHRIS WOOD. I'm 16. I'm 5'10". I'm 193 lbs of Twisted Steel And Sex Appeal Baby :P I love working out!! I lift 6 times a week. I take Wednesdays off because I go to youth group up in Redding. I really enjoy because its moves me. I owe a lot to Jeff Moore for showing God back into my life. Friends are a HUMUNGOUS part of my life. Without friends I would be nothing. Friendships mean a lot. Even when they do things that piss me the hell off lol. Sports - I love football, MIDDLE BACKER is my spot and noones elses! I don't play basketball anymore, or even baseball. But I still like those sports. Lifting is definitely a sport, you might think it doesn't take athleticism to lift but it does and I LOVE IT SOOOO MUCH!
