Nicholas Taylor is the meaning of dedication born in 1984, he grew up in Southern California. He was raised by a single mother as long as he could remember with the help of his aunt, uncle, and grandmother. His uncle would wake up everyday and listen to at least 3 hours of music and that was before 1pm. Since that is who Nicholas looked up to he would be right there as a youngster having the pleasure to hear countless songs weather radio, records, or atrac so its safe to say that his love of music began here. He developed a need for hearing all types of music and would try to imitate what he heard daily as a youngster. Soon his situation in California changed and he with his mother and brother moved to Missouri City, Texas(MoCity Stand up) leaving the past in the past. This is where he began actually putting his thoughts in formal format(writting songs). He was 16 when he got his chance to drop his first recording in a neighborhood called Hunters Glen 3(Rino). He feel deeply in love with music just like a kid getting there first kiss. All through High School NiccT was most known for his on the spot skills to produce heated bars of fire at any given moment. He said himself, "I went to school as most kids did but while they where gettin there books from lockers in the morning I was in the Z hallway issuing defeats through lunch; while they were in line I was at the table feeding nothing but freestyles". He rapped so much to were he began just going off of any word that the person wanted to hear him rap would give, now known as word play. He did this so much to where he began charging $0.25 a word. Soon afer High School he recieved a plane ticket from an old firend to go back to California and start recording, so he went back for 2 weeks and recorded his firlst CD(not released at this time). All he did was rap so when he made it back to Texas he had a few beats from California, but he did not have anywhere to record. Shortly after he was sent another ticket back to California by a soon to be a long time aquaintance. He went and began recording with Get AH Grip then returned back to Texas again without anywhere to record or get beats. He did the roundtrip one more time before making it back to Texas Moving from Missouri City to Houston(southwest stand up) and stepping his game up. He grabbed a 9 dollar microphone and a simple recording program birthing RoyalT. With only one track to record on he had to go straight thru the song verse, chorus, verse, chorus, verse, chorus, but this made him a better rapper because he is in and out the booth with a sock covered mic he was recording. Now he has upgraded to a condenser mic and Protools MPower. He also began making his won beats as well as picking up graphics and mixing he has now become a beast. He can take any seat in the studio and be productive, but he is still the most humble person you could meet . He gets out personally in these streets to shop his music and promote having 3 CD's complete circulating. He has even bigger things going on for 2008 with the release of A Royal World, another CD with a Compton rapper, a CD that he is doing with his first Cali connect, and 2 mixtapes. 365 is the name of his Label that he started in hopes of given those dedicated a chance to do music. The name speaks for itself 365 that means all year everyday all day. You can find RoyalT in the streets of Houston 365 so when you see him just throw up the deuce and make sure you get one of them CD's
