Our vehicle is clean and very well maintained and has AA and Fords RAC warranty breakdown cover. It is insured for self drive but we are able to recommend drivers if you need one. We are one of the few self drive companies that have secialist insurance for musicians.
MAGNET BACKLINE HIRE has a massive backline rental stock , which includes many rare and vintage guitar and bass amps, speaker cabinets, drums, keyboards and a host of other music equipment for rent in the studio or for recording and touring bands. All our backline stock is well maintained and in great condition.
MAGNET REHEARSAL STUDIOS is based in Nottingham, and is, without question the best music rehearsal studio complex in the East Midlands and North of the UK. The purpose built rehearsal rooms are large, tastefully decorated and acoustically treated. They are also very clean and well cared for. We are planning to upgrade the other rooms in due course (well when we can afford it!) In the meantime we will re-inforce the other rooms with the spare bit of PA from room 3.
Also New drum kits arrived in October 2007. Mapex M series rock kits will replace the Gretsch kits which we have had for 5 years. Special thanks to the Nottingham Drum Centre for getting us a deal with MAPEX on this one!
We are looking to expand the studio and create 4 monthly lock out rooms. The price will be £350ish per month. You will have access 24/7 with your own key. It will have an alarm system and CCTV. A drinks/snack machine and maybe pool or table footie.
If you were to share it with another band or couple of bands then the price per member reduces significantly. Is this the way forward???
