Prayers For His Soul ©2005 A tear you shed-- proof that your heart is bleeding. A soul has died and it hurts to see you cry. Remorse because I don't know what to do, nothing to do but to hold you. Was it enough? Emotions I can not express. My heart stopped, just as his, when I heard of this deafening news. We'll miss him dearly. Can't come back, Truth is in the way and Acceptance says this is how it has to be. I know he's safe on the other side, but that isn't good enough. He wasn't supposed to leave, but he was clearly taking someone else's place. We'll appreciate him just as we did before. Maybe he's watching now. Maybe he's telling us not to frown.
