I was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a member of a racially mixed family (Spanish, German and Guatemalan). Received a Central American education at the Congregation of the HERMANOS MARISTAS (CATHOLIC SPANISH CONGREGATION) and the Escuela Politecnica de Guatemala, (military officers academy) and have traveled and worked in Central, North and South America. I currently work in the area of estate investments Real Estate. In the back burner, as a hobby I am developing a gourmet catalog that specializes in European chartcurie techniques for smoked and cured meats using the best of the best: Mangalitza or Berkshire hogs....and forgot to mention that I just took a job, Supervising Production in a very large, International plant That supplies to restaurants. "Wooow,...This is a different Best!" With other personal experiences, at my arrival to USA...it's sometimes amusing. I became a USAF (United States Air Force) member, then a chef of my own business venture working with Italian, Spanish, German and Austrian chefs and bakers. It's like dancing Samba...in all directions. Well...the years are coming up on me and I walk slower but my heart still cries for adventure and many inquietudes...but there are no more new worlds to discover. Then I realized that every person is a different world. And...Bingo... My Space is helping me to rediscover new minds and worlds in their own. Isn't it amazing and amusing?....I think, that sometime in the future I will like to have small but very exclusive cafe where friends from all corners can come and visit, and enjoy different talents and virtues.
