Rod Lambert and David Jinright, Better known as Alaskan Pipe Dream, offer to listeners a large explosive musical variety on their CDs "Versions on the Grass" and "Maybe Venus" from guitar driven rock songs to violin laden ballads both multi intrumentalist/singers successfullydeliver every every musical and lyrical extreme. After playing in groups with various members from bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special and Grand Funk, Rod and David eventually fused their styles into a single cohisive sound. Rod later gain studio experiance beside mega producer Brendon O'brian(Stone Temple Pilots, The Boss , etc...etc...) and set out to produce his own projects. With a nod to the past but an ear open to the next musical frontier, A.P.D. is a unique bridge to the rock & roll gap between today and yesterday.
