mmmmmmm. about me I have been a chef now for almost ten years and just recently said fuck the restaurant business. Latly I have been hanging out with my boys drinking an absurd amount I have been in the consrtuction business. Other than that I enjoy cooking, reading, drinking, smoking fine cigars, I have trying to learn about fine wine something that I have been extremely intrested in. At some point in time I would liked to get married and have kids. My goals in life are to hopefully open my own restaurant; but above any of that I am on quest for knowledge I would like to be able to read as many books as possaible about as many subjects as possaible. Lately I have been really interested in astronmy and cosmology its something that I know that I will never be able to fully wrap my mind around. I like to take my time with life I know that my time on this earth is going to be short. So I've been trying to live my life to the fullest and taking it one day at a time. Politiclly I am a centralist, and not as active as I would like to be, but I do keep a watchful eye on the events that effect my life. I think its inmportant that we take the time to keep our government in check mainly the ones that are representing our states and districts its time that we keep them humble and there minds on the people.
