The Project

The Project is a funk/rock band with touches of jazz and reggae. Each member brings their own unique influence to the groove. Live shows proove to be energetic and spontaneous, and the band is known for connecting with the crowd and setting the vibe. The Project has shared the stage with some nationally renowned acts such as: The Bomb Squad, Deep Banana Blackout, Sam Kininger (Soulive), and Oteil Burbridge and the Peacemakers (Bassist for the Allman Brothers) and BadFish (Sublime Cover Band). The Project has played venues such as Le Bar Bat, The Elbow Room,The Lions Den and Tobacco Road in NYC, The Downtown, The Funky Phish, and Munchaba in Long Island. The Project has booked their own successful tour in the US Virgin Islands in the April 2003 and March of 2004. The Project has also performed live on the airwaves of 92.7 WLIR. Currently, The Project are working with friends from an up and coming Label.
