I love it all but I'd have to say I'm a heavy metal, rockin', funk-n-soul groovin', black gospel singing, country girl at heart. Don't think I can't bust out an old southern gospel standard or a hymn, cause I can. But I'll chill to classical or sing along with showtunes, too. Ain't too much that hasn't influenced me in some way or another. Call me a schizo, but it's all good.

HGTV, TLC, Style Network - basically any show that's making something over - rooms, houses, people, cars, whatever - anything that showcases someone's talent and creativity... I like watching anything that makes me laugh...anything that makes me smarter...anything that keeps me up to date with what's going on in music...
I really love studying the bible. Other than that, unless I find something really interesting, I don't read a lot of books. I'm actually a magazine freak and tend to keep them way too long if it's a good issue. I think the oldest one I have is an Architectural Digest from 1982 or something.
My Granny - for her perserverance through adversity; My Mom - for being a spiritually headstrong prayer warrior and making a safe and beautiful home for our family that was always filled with music; My youngest sister April - who proved doctors don't know everything and never once let a little thing like a disability slow her down. She was one of the most loving people I've ever known and was as funny as all get out. Three of the most influential women in my life that are now gone but have left me with a wonderful legacy and godly heritage.
