About Me

I am Sue. First and foremost I'm the mother of four stunning children. My kids are my proudest achievement and to see them all as talented individuals in their own right makes me so happy. Michael is 19 years old, Ryan 16 years, Evan 12 years and Eve 4 years.Michael and Ryan recently achieved fab results in their A levels and GCSEs - which makes me the proudest mum ever.I would describe myself as a loving mum, my kids take priority over anything else, they are after all, a part of me - but I am also a fun-loving individual in my own right.

I think most people would sum me up as being a loyal friend, mad mum and passionate about all that I love. I dearly love the friends I have made on Myspace - Brad, one of my first 'proper' friends - whom I cherish for his creativity, talent, intelligence and being so grounded. Keith, well, what can I say, we are so alike its scary sometimes - just the best guy ever - always there for me and vice versa + so talented too! Adrian is my fun, erudite 'Changebuddy' who can always make me laugh when im a bit grumpy - also writes the best stories! Kevin is wonderful + fun - so thoughtful and kind.... hes fab!

My Interests

Hmm, well, would have to say, Architecture, particularly Frank Lloyd Wright, Gaudi,Japanese culture,makeup artistry,decorating/int.design,funky jewellery and I have a huge watch collection - well around 30 watches so far.

Music:

My influences are punk, goth, indie and rock. My tastes are wide-ranging and to be honest I don't like to be pidgeon-holed. I am currently (July) listening to a lot of Death Cab for Cutie, Portishead and live/acoustic versions of my fave tracks. I love poetic lyrics in songs in particular - they just add another dimension - like Nick Cave, Kate Bush, Tool and Jeff Buckley.

Movies:

Fargo, the Big Lebowski, Raising Arizona (I love the Coen Brothers films big time) - Interview with a Vampire, Chocolat, Amelie, The Wedding Singer, Memoirs of a Geisha, Memento, Scary Movie films and Manga/Japanese anime films. I love black and white movies, Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, James Stewart etc. The Night of the Hunter is the most amazing film - if you havent seen it you MUST watch it!

Television:

I like TV, it has it's place. I don't understand people who get all snobby about watching it - what's that all about? As if you can't have a life or be a well rounded individual and like it?!

I watch music channels, Miami Ink, CSI, Friday Night Project (would love Alan Carr as my best mate-imagine the laughs on a night out!).

Books:

I love books by Anne Rice. She has a way of writing that evokes so many emotions/feelings, both disgust/sexual ambiguity and erotisism for the vampires she depicts. So talented! I also like to read books about spirituality. The 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' books are always uplifting and well worth a read.

Heroes:

My late Dad, Shaun Morgan for kicking the booze.
