About Me
This is the latest incarnation of Satellite Elvis with the addition of two new members that replaced the bass player and drummer. The new lineup consists of Paul Hadfield, vocals and rythm guitar; Arthur Hurd, lead guitar and backup vocals; Fred Saraiva, bass; John Pacheco, drums. With the addition of the new members, Satellite Elvis has taken off in a new, fresh and exciting direction. The songs have a harder edge yet are more melodic and dramatic while still not losing their poppy edge. Many people have commented that we have our own original sound that has hints of influences such as Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, etc., yet not! This is good since these are many of our influences, but we do not strive to sound like anyone. We hope you like our music, and we'll keep on trying to do our thing and not bore you by sounding like other bands. With Paul's unique song writing, Arthur's creative guitar, Fred's pumping bass, and John's rythmic drums, we think you will agree that there is a nice chemistry here with these four Southeastern Massachusetts guys that just refuse to grow up.
