About Me

About me. Yes. About me. Who is Tracy? I've been trying to figure that out for some time now. Tracy is.....well.... tall, I guess. Really tall. 6'6" to be exact. What else? What? Like being 6'6" isn't exciting enough? Do you know how often I get asked if I can get the big box of Lucky Charms on the top shelf at the grocery store for vertically challenged people? Oh yeah. It's an exciting life. Okay, where was I? Oh yeah, my exciting life. My nickname is Traceman. There are friends of mine who have literally not called me Tracy in years. More about me? Okay, let me think. I love to laugh and have a good time with people. I love to make people laugh and will do just about anything for a laugh. As of recent, this year, I decided I was incredibly bored with my hair and decided to grow it out... a bit. So some of the pics are still of the short hair, fit for the workplace me. I finally said skip that and just went for it. I'm currently in the process of writing a novel. I've been learning just how much finding a publisher really blows. If I had more time I could actually accomplish all of the things that I want to do. Unfortunately, life does not always cooperate. I have, however, found out just how overrated sleep is. I normally get into bed between 12:30 and 1 and then back up again at 6:30. What else? I play guitar in a band, co-own a recording studio, and am currently recording my 1st solo CD project. Check out my website at www.tracemanland.com for progress, updates, and other interesting musical things going on in my life.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Hmmm... let's see... probably every guitar player that has been influential in my musical growth. This would include of course Alex Lifeson of Rush as well as Geddy Lee and Neil Peart, also of Rush. Then the likes of (in no particular order)Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Steve Morse, Tom Scholz, Neal Schon, the late Stevie Ray Vaughn and Randy Rhoads, Gary Richrath, Punky Meadows, Brian May, Eddie Van Halen, Michael Schenker, Ritchie Blackmore, Ace Frehley, Jimmy Page, and the list goes on. I DID however meet Gary Hoey, another big guitar hero of mine. Twice actually. Great guy. Awesome guitar player.
