About Me
Hi there my name is Stephen Weikum and I am 16 years old. My current goal is to enjoy my senior year at El Camino High School. My plan after highschool is to go to college and major in music so that one day I can live content as a percussionist (Drummer and Timbalero). I am an outcast in highschool simply because I am not a very social person because the things teenagers do are just stupid to me so I guess I grew up out of it very quickly. I am a seriouse person but when in the right moment with the right person I can be very stupid and fun. I love to play an instrument as long as I can hit it with my hands or a stick. I have tried many things in my life to find what suits me the best. I have studied all the romance languages but at 15 I was learning portuguese because I was going to move to Brazil, but then I "fell in love" with a girl so I canceled all my plans, stopped learning portuguese, and dated her for a year and a half. I have hated the town I have been living in for the past 5 years but I still have wonderful memories here and after all this place raised me. I attended Oceanside High School for 3 years but I am choosing to attend the rival school because I can play the intruments I want to play there that I could not in my previous school. I am now known as a traitor at my previous school but I love it because my reputation in highschool means nothing to me. I try to listen to as many styles of music as I can but Jazz is my favorite. My bestfriend is Anthony Navarro and after watching him play drums thats when I knew that the drums are the instrument I want to play. I just want to live the next year peacefully, play the drums in school, and prepare myself for college because it is time for me to grow up. I hope I didn't bore you with my story!
