About Me

First, about my page. It's here for my music and not much else. My friends and family know who they are. Myspace is a cool thing, but for me it's all about the music...I play guitar for "Scrap Iron". I love music, people, family, excitment, learning new things, and playing my guitar(s). Not always in that order...Summary;I founded the band ArtAziA in 1979 in Allentown, PA. I moved the band to Texas (DFW area) late that year to avoid music union restrictions in the tri-state area. ArtAziA plays original music and the unions did not allow this.The band did well in North Texas until the metal crash of 1987/1988. ArtAziA dis-banded in 1988 and did not play together again until Jan, 3rd, 2006.We have recently recorded 12 of our 34 songs. I hope to have them mixed and mastered soon. Daryl Norton is working hard promoting his new album with ASKA, Pat Murphy is selling Bridge Recording and returning to a private life, and Jay Jeffrey and I are moving on to a new project called "Scrap Iron".
