Band Members: just me i am too anti-social to have bandmates. i used to frown on the band-in-a-can thing but really, how many drum samples have ever shown up late, drunk or at all for practice? hmmm?
Influences: every sensory stimulation i have ever had in my life including, but not exclusive to, tom waits, wilco, ryan adams, led zeppelin, abba, kiss, chopin, rush, stephen sondheim, the rolling stones, frank sinatra, pink floyd, the sweet, the cure, ac/dc, madonna, badfinger, duran duran, wings, joseph arthur, ass ponys, the beatles, uncle tupelo, all bands that start with 'the', all bands that are named after someone in the band or a city, any band that's name ends with 'band', any band having the conjuctive phrase 'and the' in its name, any band that feels a need to designate its guitarists as either rhythm or lead, any and all bands that lists the singers instrument as "vox', all bands that are an acronym, all bands that use a 'z' instead of an 's' to pluralize, all bands thats names are intentionally misspelled, any band thats name ends with an apostrophy d and kajagoogoo.
Sounds Like: i have been told i make bob dylan sound like pavarotti, hence, i try to make the music and lyrics as interesting as possible.
