Only If It's Meant To Be

I take one step forward,
And you take two.
All I want to do
is catch up with you.
Maybe you and me
can talk for awhile
while we walk in style
to wherever it is
we want to go.
I ask myself,
And I come up with 'no'.
The view I have
when I trail behind you,
The view I have;
I see you on the horizon;
From where I stand,
The sun seems to like you.
Wind blowing through your hair
as I gaze a hypnotized stare;
Could she be?
Could she be true?
If I want to,
I can pretend she is
from my limited view.
I've traveled
every step
of her path;
And I wonder right now
is this the right time to ask?
I ask myself,
And I come up with 'no'.
The view I have
when I trail behind you,
is contentment
as I see you, I think to myself,
Could you be?
Could you be true?
I can pretend
if I want to.
But if you are,
and we're meant to be,
We will travel a circle,
however long it takes,

A Love Poem for those who have Fallen out of Love
This poem is so good I just have to write my review for it. This poem is for those who have fallen out of Love. She compares a China ware to a relationship. China ware are tableware like China dishes. Like a relationship, a China is very beautiful when you first grasp it. Although there are many "duplicates" (many guys and girls out there), but only the one you hold on to has more meaning because it was given to you. It's yours, it's unique, and even if there are many others, "but nothing compares."
Like a China with it's beautiful carvings and designs, a relationship has lots of history, moments in time when the two are together. Every edge of the dish is all made with skillful marksmanship, which is comparable to moments when he held you in his arms and kissed you that made you felt like heaven on earth, or things that she did that made you felt like you're the luckiest guy on earth. A relationship is wonderful if you hold onto it tightly like you would with a China, but the moment you "slip" the very fragile China and relationship will break. Even though you could put the China back together, but it will never be the same. Don't let your relationship "slip away."

Answers to questions you find that you yearn for.
You try to fill that space where that treasure once belonged,
To find that something was missing, something just seemed wrong.
A moment back in time is about to take place,
Memories once faded will take back that empty space.
That treasure once held in your hands,
Re-washed upon the shore,
Tangled in weeds, tarnished by weather,
Doubts of its value... remain unsure.
A chance is given to recapture that gold,
That treasure you once held dear, forever lost you were told.
China at your hands, what are you going to do?
Your profound wish has finally come true...
You pick it up gently, a tear in your eye;
A chance is given... a chance in time.
Its value is greater and the history untold,
weeds around will slowly unwind.
A treasure that is lost is hard to replace,
