If my memory serves me well the Rutegers formed during the fall of 1997 in provo utah. Punk rock craze was the hottest thing going so we decided the logical thing would be to not start a punk rock band; pop rock was the ticket. We spent our money on guitars wrote songs about our broken hearts now aren't we cool.
