HellooooooJust a bit about Above&Beyond, we have been DJing together for about two years now. Only in the last year have we really tried to get it all together and tryed getting ourselves out there. When we started DJing together we would spend hours locked away in Tim's (beyond) shed keeping his neighbours and parents awake with the sound of a deep bass lines. How ever times have changed for both of us and we now live about 40miles from each other (which doesn't help when your trying to get this music thing going) despite this we are both very committed to the cause of drum n bass DJing and still keep mixing together on a regular basis.
We try to keep our mix Cd's coming through one every month or every other month depending on the tunes we can get hold of. We have experimented with different set ups like three decks and two mixers just to try keep our mixing different. (You can see the pictures on our profile)
We are in to all kinds of drum n bass music, we don't really stick with one particular style as good drum n bass is good drum n bass, as long has it has some crisp beats, a heavy drop and a good bass line its going to be big.
We are looking for a good DnB mc to spit on our next mix CD, so any one out there who is up for it drop us a comment and we can try hook it up.
Just to end any confusion you might have, the tunes on our page are taken from our newest mix CD and we did not produce them (as much as we would like to take credit for it lol)
