At Jena Wellness we are dedicated to helping you feel in sync your body and reach the goals and desires you have for your own health and wellbeing. Working with the support of a health counselor and personalized recommendations tailored just for you and your specific circumstances, you will see real results.
We take into respect the inextricably links between the food we eat and what we call "primary food" - career, exercise, relationship and spirituality. For example it can be difficult to find the energy to exercise when your nutrition is lacking, and it can be difficult to eat well when you struggle to take a break from work for lunch. We support you to make gradual changes in your food and your lifestyle, establishing sustainable ways of reaching your health goals.
Who we are for you as holistic health counselors is a multi-faceted answer. We are at once counselors, educators, and coaches. We are your cheerleaders, someone to hold your hand and say, "you can do it!" We are someone to hold you accountable, and someone to help you figure out the practical nitty-gritty details of how to translate your good ideas into reality, given the complexities of your hectic day-to-day schedule. Beyond that, our role is to get you more in touch and connected with your own body's wisdom, empowering you as your own health expert.
