Stir It Up

About Me

What's Up?I am introducing my new lacrosse DVD "Stir It Up" The DVD contains a lacrosse film that explores the mind and spirit of the game. Jessica Brown at jbp directed the film along with helping me produce it. Jessica and Larry McCrudden's influence on the project is immeasurable and I am fortunate to have such good friends. The soundtrack is sick and was done by DJ Logic . We are very proud of it and people say it is inspiring. The DVD also contains an instructional segment with guest appearances by Jay Jalbert, John Gagliardi, Paul Gait and Mike Regan.I love lacrosse and feel blessed to have a career in the sport. Since retiring i have been focusing on various tv and film projects within the game.Check it out stirituplacrosse.com .
