I have played in bars since the age of 14. I learned more before the age of 17 then most people do in a lifetime. Music is all I've ever done and will ever do. My father is the greatest musician on earth. He also has the most amazing people skills. If you ever met him, you'd know in a minute that this guy is electric. There's energy wherever he goes. He taught me, and continues to teach me, more about people every time we play a gig together. He's the biggest influence in my life. With that knowledge, I began recording my own songs at 16 and haven't stopped since. My songs have always lent themselves to a country format so I jumped in with both feet. There's a lot of things that will get in the way of your happiness. Don't lose your focus! Time is your most valuable asset. Spend it with the people that matter. It's your choice; you can love or you can hate. Hating takes too much energy.
