Breathe One's Last

About Me

SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Breathe One's Last were founded in 1996 by Diego Bolis, guitarist and also singer at that time. The original sound of the band was most oriented to the Gothic-Doom Music likewise the contemporary Norwegian band Theater Of Tragedy. In the same year they recorded a demo-tape titled "Ashes in the wind" which achieved considerable success among the music press all along Europe. After a period of line up reorganisation the band began to write new songs and in year 2002 they recorded a self produced three track demo "Clepsydra". The work sounds really different from the beginnings, even if it is still close to the gothic atmosphere, the typical Heavy Metal sound has turned into a more dark Electronic Music with 80's tones. The metamorphosis of their music finds its complete expression in year 2003 when the band recorded "Sonno Invernale". Meanwhile Breathe One's Last performed live in north Italy with great success. In summer '04, short after Francesco had become member of the band, Breathe One's Last won a national competition which gave them the opportunity to record the new song "The Embrace" at the Jungle Sound Studios in Milan. *From August 2005 they have been recording a full legth CD of new unreleased songs.
