Born in Phoenix, raised in Tucson, AZ and left there at 18 to go to culinary school in Phoenix (AIPX). Graduated and a couple years later decided to bounce to Las Vegas to be a Personal Chef for Wayne Newton (Sh*t I wish!) Wanting to add a little change to my path I decided to learn how to bartend and what beautiful things come to well skilled individuals, I happen to bartend and Hooters Hotel & Casino..
