SUNSET HARBOUR NORTH & SOUTH is located on Biscayne Bay and consists of two identical 25-story towers that are situated adjacent to Sunset Harbour marina consisting of 125 slips. The towers, which were completed in 1996 and 1998, were developed by Pacific International Equities and designed by architect Heime Shapiro.
