SOME OL'WINO'S CURRENT "CRUSHES":

Right now Shiraz is my main squeeze. That's because I take my supper in the pubs frequently, and she is usually available by-the-glass at the bar. Fortunately most pubs & restaurants offer "premium" wines by the glass these days. Unfortunately "premium" means "mediocre & over-priced" ! (But that's a good subject for a future blog.)
Sometimes Shiraz goes by the name of Sirah when she's feeling in a european mood, and I must say I prefer her company when she is that way... a little more subtile and feminine without that heavy oak accent.
