I grew up in a fairly small town, Green River, WY. I lived in Iowa for a few years, and graduated high school there. I joined the army at 18, shortly after graduating. So far I've been stationed in Korea, FT Gordon, Georgia, and was deployed to Afghanistan from December '06 to '07. I like to do pretty much anything active, sometimes play video games, but not very often anymore. I like a lot of music and movies, and like to read good books. I always try to enjoy life, and have fun whenever I can. I consider myself to be pretty open minded about a lot of things. I get along with most people I come across, probably because I'm just quiet and relaxed. I'll work hard when at work, but I do like some free time now and again. I'd really like to travel all over the world, if only I had the time and money. I'm not sure what the future holds for me, but I do have a few more years left in the army. Who knows, maybe I'll enjoy it and spend 20 years in. It's kind of hard to tell at this point. If I get out, I'll probably go to college. Right now I'm just trying to make the best of my life, and it's going really well. I'm back in Korea now, away from my wife and daughter for another eight months, minus the 15 days or so I'll see them in March. It pretty much sucks. I'm really looking forward to seeing them again.
