TARATara at Cafe de l'Artiste Verdun invites you to come and visit the cafe's warm and friendly atmosphere. As you can see on the calendar, there's lots to do including free live shows on Friday & Saturday nights, art courses, relationship seminars on Thursdays and much more!
The workshop contains a stained glass studio run by Daniel Gadbois (514) 893-3790 and a full pottery workshop including a wheel and kiln, with courses taught by Yves Champagne (514) 767-2894.Looking for a gift idea or something special for yourself? Visit the boutique of hand-crafted items. Some of the items include paintings, jewelry, scarves & bags, hand-painted glass, cards, "knit"laces, and much, much more.Come on the weekend for a show! The weekly shows include Comedy, Jazz, Blues, Folk, Rock, Pop, World music, Poetry, Vernissages, Theater and anything else that may strike your fancy!Let's not forget the menu... Delicious and healthy home-made sandwiches, panninis, soups, salads & a hot menu du jour. All of the sandwich meats are cooked here at the cafe! Also served are espressos, desserts, snacks, teas & coffees. There's always something tempting on the menu!
