In July 1998 a 16 year old Tim Schreiber recorded the cassette "A Collection of 10 songs About Booties" in an hour or two after composing many of the songs in his head while mowing his parents lawn. At the time he was recording lots of fun and silly material on his 4-track for his band Cornish in a Turtleneck .
After enthusiasm for the tape spread locally, he created a sequel cassette entitled "10 More Freak-Ass Songs About Booties" in May 1999.
A magazine that enjoyed the tape called FOUND spread the tape further than any could have imagined. After years of undocumented Booty-tape distribution he finally finagled some legal documents out of the Found people to net him some Booty percentage (very low Booty percentage)... so you should still try to get the 2 combined tapes on a CD from the man himself.
Currently Tim plays music in several projects in Athens, Georgia such as his garage/soul band the Lickity-Splits , the 20 piece band Dark Meat/Vomit Lasers Family Band , and his new solo project Timmy Tumble .
