Having a good time so don´t stop me now
When you are raised with Mtv 24 7 in the USA! You find amusing heroes interesting not to talk about in the 80's man! To start with i would have to say Mötley Crue 85 Home Sweet Home and Smoking In The Boys Room. A year later i got into the Beastie Boys with the classic album License To Ill a masterpiece with a superb producer Rick Rubin. I rember in 88 my brother got me into Guns N Roses it was his first CD that he bought! Appetite For Destruction another masterpiece! In 89 I got into Mötley Crue again with there CD Dr. Feelgood a very good CD, they have been my heroes since 85 and Im looking forward to the movie The Dirt (Hell Fuck Yeah!). Then came the grunge era 1991 and ofcourse Nirvana caught my attention with an album called Nevermind a masterpiece. After that I got into Metallica but the old stuff is classic and the more recent is crap! Then i got into hip hop like: Public Enemy, NWA you know the classic shit not the sucky hip hop that you hear today! In the new millenium I really got hooked on a band called The Queens Of The Stone Age! Fucking Bad Ass Stoner man! The history of this band is cool and led me to a band called Kyuss who were fucking Hell Fuck Yeah bad! The stoner they play is so fucking tight man! You can never forget the rock heroes: rolling stones, led zeppelin, david bowie, velvet underground and the list goes on...
Big Leobowski, Donnie Darko, Lost Highway, A Clockwork Orange, Sin City, The Royal Tennenbaums...
I like: Little Britain, Arrested Devolpment, The David Chapelle Show, Twin Peaks, 24...
All musician biogrophies and books about music. The same goes for movies. And ofcourse the bible! a.k.a. The Dirt! (M?tley Crue)and The Heroin Diaries!
All the true rockers. Rock on.
