Today, you won’t find Fame Rilla in the sweltering heat of his birthplace Houston Texas, yet his debut single ‘I mean I mean’ is growing superstardom in overseas markets (France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany) and is making a splash in the place he now calls home: Seattle.Not familiar with Fame Rilla?
