If the Dream is Big Enough, the facts don't count!! Dream Big! Behind us is infinte power, before us is endless possibity, around us boundless opportunity, why should anyone fear! I have a strong commitment in all things. When I was a little kid, I wanted to be an Actor. I met a Director, that guided me into the dance world. I feel in love with it. My next dream was to make it in New York City. I was 15 years old when I gave my first performance in Lincoln Center, in New York City. That summer I was awarded a full scholarship from the San Francisco Ballet. That was not easy. It was an uphill battle the whole way. I was getting simi-private classes on the side. I needed those classes to fine tune my techquine. I wasn't the best dancer in the group. I had to belive in myself and wanted to prove myself to everyone around me. I was put down by everyone. Some members of my classmates in school and some of my teachers. I learned that success comes from a strong commitment to excellence. So, why did I just tell you that? Well, today I live in Central Florida and I'm no longer a dancer. I do miss it, and it will always be a part of me. Today I now hold a valid active Florida Real Estate License. Ok, so what does that have to do with you reading about me? Good question, the answer is a lot! Have you ever heard of a man named Robert Kiyosaki? or Donald Trump? They are extremely weathy and successful men that are worried. I agree with their worries. They are worried about how the middle class is shrinking. The gap between the rich and poor is becoming greater and greater. Do you dream of being rich or poor? In March of 2007 I met a real estate broker and that really inspired to take action. I got my license because I want to help as many people as I can achive their goals and dreams through real estate. I love America! It is your right to own a piece of it. How great is that?! Plus if you hold for the long term it will begin to create wealth for you. Sounds good right? Well belive it, because except for a few acres in Hawai'i, the United States isn't getting any bigger and people always need a place to live. I think real estate investing is the greatest investment of them all. What else can you invest in that you use 10% of your money, 90% of the banks, and you get the tax breaks and you get to keep the investment in the end? What to know more?
