About Me

Hey everyone. My name is Jennifer Frederick, and I am from a group of individuals whose main goal is to help those in need. Our current objective is to help poverty stricken areas in Africa, mainly by sending them essential supplies and food.
As a part of this group/organization, we go on a yearly trip to Malawi, Africa to help out. We bring food, clothing, hygiene supplies, toys, school supplies, and much more to distribute to the many in need.
The organization we are working through is called Whole World Improved. You can reach the website by going to www.wholeworldimproved.org
Any questions can be emailed to me @ [email protected], or to the director of the organization, Shane Mast, at [email protected].
We are always accepting donations for the smilepack boxes, and are very thankful for everyone that has donated things. If you would like a rough list of what you can donate, check out the SmilePack blog on this page. Clothes/shoes can be used. Please keep health items new.
Please take the time to visit our website and sponsor a child today! .

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Here are some very saddening facts, which we will hope to begin a change to when we go.

•1 in 5 adults have Aids in Malawi. Because of this, over one million children are orphaned.

•The life expectancy in Malawi is 36 years.

•5,000 people die in Africa every day from Aids.

• 20% of children in malawi die before their fifth birthday.

• Every 30 seconds , someone dies of Malaria in Sub-Saharan Africa.

•90% (2,700 a day) of those who die are under age five.

If you are interested in donating you can also check out our dropcash website: http://www.dropcash.com/campaign/summrchick21789/africa_fund raiser/

These are the two videos that Shane Mast made from pictures he took while he was in Malawi, Africa this summer.
