BULLISTIC ENTERTAINMENT CEO / FOUNDER THOMAS RORIE BIOThomas embarked on his professional music endeavors 32 years ago starting as a recording artist with Curtom Records owned by Curtis Mayfield and became an artist on the Sugar Hill Records. Thomas always Loved music as a child. Now was his chance to live out his dreams.He has worked with Phillip Bailey of Earth Wind and Fire for Holy Sound Productions, Kevin Tony / Donald Byrd and the Black Birds, Aaron Mills of Cameo / Vitamin A Band, Johnny Wilder jr. of Heatwave and thee list goes on. From appearing at the Apollo theatre in NYC. To becoming a studio keyboardist at Capitol Records in LA Thomas Rorie was well on his way to becoming an international songwriter and recording superstar.In 1989 an untimely automobile accident left Thomas paralyzed from the neck down. Refusing to give up his love and passion for music he starting helping young talented men and women pursue their careers in the music industry.In 1998 Thomas formed Bullistic Entertainment a full service record label whose goal is to help talented artists that need an opportunity to be heard. Through this goal he has turned Bullistic Entertainment into one of the most sought after and talented labels in the south.Along with Skys Tha Limit Productions and its other associates and affiliates the empire continues to grow. Bullistic Entertainment, an independent record label, was created by Thomas Rorie in early 1997. Today Bullistic Records is a national distributor, collaborating with EMI, 3-Dimension Records, and Warner Bros. Distributors. Bullistic Entertainment has artists who have made significant contributions to the music industry. Bullistic Entertainment is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is also home of the Bobcats and Bob Johnson, founder of BET. Rorie would like to make Charlotte, N.C. the new music Mecca.Thomas Rorie - singer/songwriter, producer - played piano and engaged in other musical endeavors as a child. In the early 80's, Rorie and the R&B group Vitamin A signed a contract with Sugar Hill Records, and as a studio musician, Thomas wrote music and performed on stage with groups such as Cameo, Heatwave, Blue Magic, and Earth, Wind & Fire.In 1989 an automobile accident left Thomas paralized from the neck down. Undaunted by this tragedy, Rorie moves forward. As CEO of Bullistic Entertainment he is the guiding force propelling the company and those young artists who share his vision.From old school to new school is an easy transition.
