Saint America

About Me

Saint America is a five piece band from Los Angeles. With a sound deeply rooted in the music born from this geographical area, St. A pulls it's influences from the California country/folk rock of the 1970's (Jackson Browne, Eagles, Crosby, Stills, and Nash) as well as the pop sensibilities of bands like Fleetwood Mac, the rich arrangments and harmonies of Todd Rundgren and The Beach Boys, and the "blue eyed" R&B rhythms of bands like Steely Dan and early Hall & Oates. Saint America unapologetically wears these influences on it's collective sleeve, creating a sound that is both retro and nostalgic, yet still managing to be lyrically current and unconventionally relevant. Saint America just finished their self-titled debut album. Look for it in the near future on iTunes or HOPEFULLY in a store near you. Enjoy!
