About Me

"I hate music, but I like to sing"
- Leonard Bernstein
I was born on the 22th of July 1983. Growing up in a very small place called Tobøl in Eidskog, Norway, I had no other choise but to try to entertain myself in the best way possible. After all I didn't have a slightest interest in soccer, which was the only option available (is there a ball involved?!?) And that's how I started playing the piano and eventually a Hammond A100, bougth for all my savings at the age of 15.
My main projects is Ulvo Ensemble and Eple Trio , but I'm also working with bands like Solveig Slettahjell Slow Motion Quintet, Mathias Eick Quartet, Shining, Karl Seglem, Frøy Aagre Offbeat, Thom Hell to mention some. Currently studying at the Masters degree on the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, Norway.
I hope you like my music, and if you don't, that's OK, as long as you like to sing...

I'm also a photographer. You can see some of my pictures HERE
New record right around the corner:
