Attila the Stockbroker and Alex Hall, in conjunction with the Dark Star Brewing Company, Church Farm and Adur Festival proudly present
GLASTONWICK ’10
Our 15th annual Beer, Music, Poetry and More Beer Festival
Fri-Sun 4-6 June 2010 at CHURCH FARM, COOMBES, BN15 ORS
Last year’s Glastonwick, our third at Church Farm, our 14th overall, was by popular acclaim the best ever – so we’re back! Small ticket increase cos we have to - so a weekend ticket inc camping costs £40 instead of £32. Wow! Big deal! We're still about the cheapest festival on the planet...
Once more we can offer a free shuttle bus, overnight camping on the Friday and Saturday nights, ample car parking space and tractor rides/some entertainment for the kids, as well as the customary plethora of fine independently brewed beer and music.
About 65 cask-conditioned ales, all from small independent breweries, mostly unusual but with a few ‘old favourites’.
About 10 farmhouse ciders and perries. Quality food (new excellent veggie/vegan curry shack, hog roasts, burgers, chili, baguettes etc).
OPENING TIMES/TICKET PRICES:
Friday evening (6pm to midnight): £10
Saturday (noon-midnight): £15
Sunday daytime (12 noon-6pm): £5
Camping £5 per person per night (Fri and Sat nights only)
Tickets will be on sale at the following outlets from March 22:
The Evening Star, 55-56 Surrey Street, Brighton (01273 328931)
The Duke of Wellington, 368 Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea (01273 389818)
The Buckingham Arms, 35-39 Brunswick Road, Shoreham-by-Sea (01273 453660)
The Stand Up Inn, 47 High St. Lindfield, Haywards Heath (01444 482995)
They are also available by post. Send a cheque made out to Barnstormer Events with your ticket requirements and an SAE to

This is the best way of ensuring tickets if you live too far away to buy from one of the local outlets. If any remain they will be sold on the gate, but you are strongly advised to buy tickets in advance since last year’s event sold out on the Saturday.
For more information, including timetables for the free shuttle bus, please visit the Glastonwick website : www.cask-ale.co.uk/beerfestival.html
A full list of who's playing can be found above. More details soon. Incidentally, there's no point in applying to play at Glastonwick. The booking is done by me, Attila. I travel round the country (and abroad) gigging, and when I meet a band/performer whom I really like, musically and on a human level, I invite them to play! Simple as that.
Cheers everyone!
Attila
