Hey I’m Brett. I’m a Sydney based producer/dj just coming up. I can’t do the whole bio thing from another persons perspective… everyone knows you’re the one who wrote it so why fake it? I’ll just go about telling why I think I’m the shit myself… but first… a little history about me… I was born in Perth, moved to wagga wagga, Darwin, penang, Sydney, Katherine, Townsville, Queanbeyan, back to Townsville (dad was in the air force you see) then back to Sydney again where I currently reside in glebe with my lovely girlfriend Sally. She is cool. Bit of a plug but I’ll do it anyway… She is the graphic designer for the need for tees, cool t-shirts of producers/DJ’s, many more to come. I work as a fitter for Sydney water driving around Sydney fixing and maintaining all sorts of machinery and shit that you don’t wanna know about. It’s ok but I’d rather sleep in and write music all day… one day… I think music is pretty much the coolest thing in the skool… particularly breakbeat. I don’t know what it is but I just can’t get over how good it is. Not meaning to sound like I don’t like anything else. Cause I do… I like anything that sounds good but breaks got me into dance music from rock six years ago and I just haven’t looked back since so why fix it when it’s already broke? I absolutely love writing tunes. Been doing it on my own for a bit but I’ve just recently paired up with Heath (Impact of The Impossibles) to form “Downtime”. Stuff coming soon.
