Photography has been a love and interest of mine for as long as I can remember, it has served as the platform from which I discovered not only the world, but much of who I am. As an awarding winning fine art photographer I am unique in my perspective, both in how I live life and how I capture that life through my camera's lens . Sharing this with others is a passion, I want you to feel the power of the world and see the finite details of nature. With my images of a wave I want you to hear the thundering roar and the mist in your face. With an image of a flower, you get blinded by the majestic colors, take in the intoxicating scents, and see the very life lines of each petal and leaf.  It is my sincerest hope that these images touch not only your heart, but that deepest most expansive essence in you; you soul.I  constantly attempt to perfect the presentation  images with infinitesimal detail and a 3D-like quality to them. My favorite studies are water movement, followed by storm photography, and the effects of climate change on our oceans and water sources . No matter the weather, a harsh stormy night or the calm of a sunny clear day, Nature provides an exponential set of life experiences that everyone should get to enjoy but are often taken for granted. I want you to look at one of my images and feel something, I want invoke some emotion, or have you contemplate something you usually take for granted. I'm a member of Photo Center Northwest, Center for Photographic Art, the Stanwood Camano Arts Guild, and participate in various art shows around the Pacific Northwest.So welcome to my world, I hope you enjoy the view! My Interests

Photography(http://www.becthomasphotography.com) especially raging storm photography, if the wind is headed over 60 mph then I'm at the beach! Online gaming is a past time in my down time and lets me take out my fustration. I like spenind time up in the Cascades, great trails and hiking up there. I going on a yearly hunting trip with my brother, and much to his annoyance I take more pictures then actually shooting deer. I also partake in a few other arts when the fancy strikes me, and I like reading.
