About Me

Hello, my name is Lesa G. Williams and I am a professional dancer-dancing for 28 years and teaching dance for 12 years. I received my BA in Dance, Cum Laude, from UCSD. I am also an AFTA Certified Personal Trainer and a certified 200 HR Yoga instructor. I am currently working on my Masters in Physical Education.I can be found teaching dance at various colleges and studios in town. When I am not teaching dance, I am instructing aerobics classes at gyms and community colleges. I have also been the Artistic Director of several competition teams locally. I have performed in numerous musicals and dance shows.My training stems from years as a Jazz dancer and competition dancer, training at The Ailey School in New York, Modern dance with an emphasis in Ballet training from UCSD, Hip Hop at Culture Shock Dance Center and classes by Tap greats such as Jason Samuel Smith and Savion Glover.LMG Dance and Fitness is your one-stop-shop because we offer more than just Personal Training.
