Personal Thought of the Day:If "getting money" is your focus in life, you become a servant to it!!! The things of this world will soon pass away. If you're not living for Christ, you're living for satan!!! Ask yourself this question: Do I glorify God with my LIFESTYLE? Or am I straddling the fence, professing Christ with my mouth while striving to attain the riches of "this world?"No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (money; worldly riches).-Luke 16:13I examine myself daily, that I may be a better Christian today, than I was on yesterday, a better Christian tomorrow than I am today. I am a poet, and writer. My writings/ poetry are always personal; never phony. My writings derive out of personal experiences or from issues that are close to my heart. I am a woman steeped in the WORD of my Father and my faith in what I believe to be true: that Jesus Christ hung, bled, died, and rose again (with all power), for the sins of this world, which we were all born into. That I might have eternal life, (not here on this Earth,) but in the kingdom of Heaven, if I would confess with my mouth that I am a sinner, and have fallen short of the glory of God. "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." -Romans 10:9-10 Being a child of God, does not make me boring, by far. While, I am not a person of worldly values, (meaning that I am not of this world, I do exist within this world. And in the world I enjoy, the arts.
