Starting in the year of 1999, after a very relevant fact to the lives of its members who were F..bio Soriano(vocals), Leandro Dominguez (drums) and his brother Claudio Dominguez(bass).
The band also relied on a great guitar player and a long time friend of the members called ..verton Mota and invited a great keyboard player to integrate the band called Andr.. Tavares, who like ..verton Mota also has not identified with the ideology of the band.
Afterwards, with the depart of ..verton and Andr.., F..bio, Leandro and Claudio invited an old friend and ex-member of a band that F..bio, Leandro and Claudio arranged in the past called ARIAH. This new member was En..ias Amorim who stood in the Lux band until late 2002. In the mean time, the band invited an excellent keyboard player called ..quila Cabral, nevertheless, he didn't stay for long but it was siginificative.
Since the beginning of ARIAH until the ideological transformation and choice of new name LUX SALUTIS, the band searched more and more for its musical identity passing by traditional heavy metal with bit of hard rock , power metal and other musical styles like bossa nova, classical music, above all the baroque, jazz, baião, maracatu and brazilian rhythms in general, passing morever through trash metal and progressive metal.
With a much more settled musical style, although it still is changing itself, the band, after En..ias Amorim left in 2002, relied in 2003, on a new guitar player of excellent technique and feeling called M..rcio "Cebola" Martins, but he, by personal reasons, didn't remain in the band. Now LUX SALUTIS band counts on a new guitar player that in nothing is owing to the others ex-guitar players of the Lux band about technique and feeling. His name is ..tila de Carvalho who integrates the band since March of 2004.
In 2006 after 4 years, a new Keyboard player called Gabriel Menezes was invited, who entered to the LUX SALUTIS's family.
