Music Alive is back in town and is louder than ever!
Music Alive is a not-for-profit community project, fueled by a passion for music, education and the crazy idea that music can equip, encourage and inspire the young people of Pendle. Formed over four years ago Music Alive was based out of the Waterbridge Resource Centre in Colne, offering a rehearsal facility for bands, dj's and mc's along with workshops for musicians.
After a short break and a change of premises Music Alive is once again opening it's doors to the young musicians of Pendle!
Situated in the basement of local charity Open Door, 1 Great George Street, Colne, Music Alive is open for rehearsals and workshops. Rehearsal slots will be available on weekday evenings, each session lasting 2hrs, available as follows...
MONDAYS - 5-7pm, 7.15-9.15pm
WEDNESDAYS - 5-7pm, 7.15-9.15pm
FRIDAYS - 5-7pm, 7.15-9.15pm
SATURDAYS - 10.30am-12.30pm, 1.15-3.15pm, 3.30-5.30pm
Each 2hr rehearsal slot will only set you back £10! That's £5 per hour for the chance to rehearse in a cool, bright, newly refurbished space, including the use of our in house backline and PA! We know... it's unbelievably cheap. We are here to provide access to music for you, the young people of Pendle - simple as that!
