Ever think you didn’t have enough time to work out? We’re all given the same hours in a day, and I can help you make that time to get fit and healthy. It’s all about you and you deserve it!
As your trainer, I will be there to help you achieve the fitness goals you desire. I like to build a personal relationship that will make the gym experience more rewarding, rather than something to be dreaded. Believe it or not, we will have fun!
My common-sense approach to personal training is my goal and passion. I use humor and hands-on activities to involve my clients in their personal growth while assisting them in setting realistic goals. We will work together to build an interesting and inventive fitness plan that will allow you to succeed!
As an internationally certified (ISSA) personal trainer, I have many years of practical experience, working as a health & fitness trainer, as well as a group exercise instructor (Core Strength, Spin, Aerobics, etc). These skills have allowed me to train a wide variety of fitness levels; from couch jockeys, to students, seniors, and even active athletes who need to get over their last fitness peak.
A life-long health-related battle with asthma and allergies has allowed me to empathize with others who struggle with health issues, and might be seeking a compassionate trainer who can help them stay motivated, but respect their health issues.
I am also an accomplished artist and graphic designer and feel personal training is no different from painting or sculpting.
I will help YOU become the masterpiece that you are.
