Socially Conscious, Thought provoking, or sometimes just simply good decent martial-arts or comedy movies.

Television:

Soccer games, and whatever is interesting at the moment.

Books:

Crime and Punishment, 1984, Night.

Heroes:

My parents for sure and anyone who does and stands up for what's right.
