Ill never forget that spring day, the first time the sound of the Rubab captivated me. It was around six in the morning when i felt myself coming of my sleep. At that twilight I heard a melody of that flowed in from and open window in the room. It was scintillating. It awakened my spirit and sparked my interest and passion for many years to comeYoung and talented Homayoun Sakhi is a composer, vocalist, and musician born into a family steeped in musical tradition.
