Man Versus

About Me

Man Versus was conceived in February 2006 by Mick McLaughlin (guitar, vocals) and Ryan Grieve (drums). An attempt was made to entice Session's lead guitarist (Decky Gillespie) to juggle the duties of guitar and bass and transform the fledgling group into a three piece. Alas, this was to prove unfruitful. It wasn't until St Paddys day '06 that both Mick and Grieve tricked the unwitting (and very drunk) Jim Hutcheon into completing the group. Driven by nothing other than a love of interesting noises and the will to make something that sounds like nothing else, Man Versus intend to flatten as many audiences as possible over the coming months. Watch this space for gig listings and new recordings.
